ABOUT ME
I am a PhD Computer Engineer with a strong background in software engineering, IoT systems, and applied research. I hold a PhD from the Democritus University of Thrace (DUTH) on wireless technologies for remote monitoring and diagnosis, an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh, and a Diploma in Computer Engineering from the University of Patras.
With over 17 years of experience, I have contributed to 15+ research projects at the Athena Research Centre and DUTH, focusing on Reliability Engineering, Industrial IoT, Digital Twins, and e-Maintenance, with additional work in Cultural Heritage digitisation and Smart Cities. I combine full-stack software development with academic teaching and research, currently serving as an Adjunct Lecturer and Research Associate.
